Former Director of Intelligence for AFCYBER (Air Force Cyber Command) and 24th Air Force (Retired)

Baker had a highly successful 34-year career in the Air Force that featured positions at the Pentagon (Joint Staff and National Military Command Center) and Director of Intelligence for Air Force's sole cyber headquarters. One of his main achievements during that time was the establishment of the Air Force Cyber Intelligence capability, from the initial planning through to becoming fully operational. He also conceived and championed DoD support for game changing integration of Electronic Warfare and Cyber reprogramming including intelligence support, validation and testing, a $500 million program in total. Baker also led intelligence support for air operations over Kosovo and Serbia guiding 250 personnel in support of over 200 combat aircraft and directly participated in the rescue of a downed F-117 pilot. He commanded 1,500 troops learning the world's toughest languages at DoD's top language school and has 5,000 hours on podium as an instructor influencing senior leaders and developing advanced electronic warfare concepts, intelligence support and analysis.
